MJA Property Updates text message program
Program name: MJA Property Updates, sent by The MJA Company (National Realty Centers).
What you'll receive: text messages related to the request you made on our site: home value results, listing matches and new-listing alerts, appointment confirmations and reminders, and replies from your agent. We do not send unrelated marketing.
How you opt in: by checking the consent box on a form at themja.com and entering your mobile number, or by texting us first. The box is never pre-checked. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying or selling a home or of any purchase.
Message frequency: varies based on your request and activity. Most people receive a few messages a month.
Cost: message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan.
Help: reply HELP to any message, email hello@themja.com, or call (248) 780-8944.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time. You'll get one confirmation text and no further messages. You can also ask us by email or phone.
Your information: your phone number and consent record are used only to send these messages and to keep a record of your consent. We do not sell or share your number with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages are supported on major U.S. carriers.

You agree not to submit false information, use the site for anything unlawful, or attempt to interfere with its operation.
