Working with Mike was a great experience. As a first time home buyer I had no idea about what I wanted, where I wanted to be and how the process as a whole worked. He was patient as we traveled to different places and I figured out what I wanted. He was also honest about places that were not worth it, never tried to make a sale just to make a sale and always had ideas on how to help me see the potential of some. He explained to me the whole process once I found something. And when some negotiations had to be made I always felt comfortable with my choice because of his honest advice.

I enjoyed working with Mike Allen of the MJA company immensely. He was selected out of a long list of people interested in buying my house for these reasons: he was incredibly respectful to me, while he was direct and earnest he was also low pressure, he came well prepared, offering three different ways we could work together which for me-secured his place in our arrangement. He was willing to simply list it, to wait until I made some improvements and then list it, or to buy it. Instead of sending me pages and pages of unwanted mail (that insinuates the recipient is some sort of fool) or having an assistant call on his behalf- he engaged with me directly, honestly, and in a timely manner. The reason Mike Allen got this deal is because he's a good guy not a shark pretending to be a good guy. I went to the Google ratings before choosing to go with him, before choosing to even speak to him past asking for his information. He has a good review and reputation because he works for it, without slandering others, as some have to me. If I have more property deals to do in Michigan I won't hesitate to give Mike a call. Absolutely recommended. Oh yes, and we closed very quickly without any hiccups.
